Description: a semi-shrubby penstemon with sprawling stems (8 to 32" long) and electric pink, lavender, or blue flowers in from late spring to the end of summer. Easy to grow! It usually grows in scree. Central Oregon, east of Cascade Mountains. Sun, low water.
